High Vibe Matters ~ What is the Frequency of Your Products!?

A Few Notes on Frequency and Why it Matters to your Skin and Body!

We are in the glorious 're-membering' of incredible wisdom that was momentarily veiled from our communities. Nonetheless, not unlike our fearless and resilient dandelion allies, such sacred knowing can be stamped on, subjugated, ignored, buried, polluted, poisoned and pulled out BUT it keeps popping its little lion maned yellow head up to say, "I'm still here!"

I wanted to put a few notes together to get our community thinking about the importance of the frequency of what we utilize on the daily, whether that is in consuming, wearing or in our bath and beauty products. I have maintained over the years you cannot put non-living dead frequency on living frequency and expect life. It's simply not possible.

The frequency of the human body typically ranges from 62 to 78 MHz when healthy, with disease starting to occur when it drops below 58 MHz. Each organ also has its own specific frequency, contributing to the overall vibrational health of the body.

Frequency of the Human Body

The human body has a specific vibrational frequency that is essential for health. This frequency can vary based on several factors, including physical condition and environmental influences.

Healthy Frequency Range

Optimal Frequency: The healthy human body typically resonates between 62 MHz and 70 MHz.

Onset of Illness: When the frequency drops below 62 MHz, cells can begin to change, leading to potential health issues.

Frequency and Health Conditions

Different health conditions are associated with specific frequency levels:

Condition Frequency (MHz)
Healthy Body 62 – 70
Cold or Flu 58
Candida Infection 55
Glandular Fever (Epstein-Barr) 52
Cancer 42 or below

What is frequency?

Frequency is simply vibration. The higher our base frequency can be, the stronger and healthier we are. Everything we surround ourselves with and even consume has frequencies attached to it.

Living foods, such as organic salads and fruits, contain higher frequencies than processed foods that are prepacked and wrapped in plastic.

Importance of Frequency

Maintaining a higher vibrational frequency is crucial for overall well-being. Lower frequencies can lead to feelings of fatigue and illness. Engaging in activities that promote higher frequencies, such as listening to uplifting music, spending time in nature, and practicing meditation, can help improve health and vitality.

Plant frequencies and vibrations have long been studied to understand how they affect humans. Plant communication is a fascinating topic that has captivated researchers for centuries, with studies showing that plants can respond to stimuli such as light, touch, sound waves, electricity, and even vibrations.

Plants have their unique form of communication through the use of hormones and other chemicals known as phytochemicals, which are released in response to environmental changes. It has been found that plants communicate via vibrations, sounds, or electrical signals at a very low-frequency range, between 0.1 and 100 MHz.

These frequencies can pass through solid objects like walls and furniture, making them ideal for plant communication.

All living things vibrate at different frequencies.

Even though plants lack a central nervous system, they produce electrical signals that can be picked up by specialized instruments such as the bioelectric field meter. This device can measure the electromagnetic fields (EMF) generated by living organisms like plants and animals in the natural world.

Why Do Plants Vibrate?

Plants vibrate to communicate with their surroundings. This is essential for their survival, enabling them to monitor environmental changes and respond accordingly. For example, when a plant is exposed to light or wind, its cells will produce electrical signals that can be detected by other plants nearby. This way, they can “warn” each other about potential dangers and share vital resources.

As we continue to learn more about the intricate relationship between plants in the natural world and humans, it’s important to understand the effects these frequencies can have on our well-being to make informed decisions about our health.

If we look at essential oil frequencies, they start at 52 MHz and go as high as 320 MHz. Clinical research shows that essential oils have the highest frequency of any natural substance known to man, creating an environment in which disease, bacteria, virus, and fungus CANNOT live.

Frankincense oil has a frequency of 147 MHz and rose oil has a frequency of 320 MHz, and this is why I have called them a power couple in my Mature to Dry Hotty Balm and Heroine Hotty Balm

I have theorized that by combining high frequency elements, which is being studied throughout multiple medical studies and trials, that we are working with highly impactful formulas that raise or support the frequency of the actual body. Therefore, it is my belief that this only further positively impacts the health and glow of our skin when used properly in recipes. If you would like to check out the rest of our high frequency collection head to bee23.ca. A few high vibe thoughts for you! What do you think, or do you have any experiences with plant frequencies that you would like to share in the comments?

Reach for Plants ~ Rhodiola to the Rescue

Reach for Plants ~ Rhodiola to the Rescue The other day I was feeling off, stressy and overwhelmed. I feel it has a lot to do with the constant unseasonable rain and cloud cover. After unsuccessful attempts to redirect my mood, I decided to have a time out and it popped in my head to add some Rhodiola rosea to my Kombucha. It felt as if only minutes had passed, and this lightness came over me. The heavy overwhelm lifted, my mood noticeably softened. It is a good reminder that our plant allies are there at the ready to help! Studies have found rhodiola may help strengthen the body’s response to physical stressors like exercise and psychological stressors such as fatigue and depression. Other studies, many in test tubes and animals, have suggested that rhodiola may help protect against certain health conditions, such as cancer, depression, and diabetes. However, more research is necessary to quantify how traditional medicine already uses this herb. Rhodiola has been used in trad...

8 Reasons Why You Need Iodine!

I wanted to share an experience I had the other week that lead me to do a whole lot more reading on iodine. During a gym visit I was massaging the Lymphatic Body Oil into my neck after my steam, and I noticed how painful from my ear to my throat was, along with swelling in my thyroid on the right side. That same week prior to this discovery, I had decided to get an iodine liquid supplement and it arrived one day after I noticed this inflammation. I began taking the iodine supplement once a day and within 72 hours my neck had no pain, and my thyroid was completely back to normal. This prompted me to take a deeper dive into understanding iodine and how it functions in our body. 8 Reasons Why You Need Iodine Iodine is a trace mineral, and we need it in very tiny amounts, but it has huge impact on the functioning of our bodies. Babies need 90 mg of iodine, while adolescents and adults need 150 mg, with pregnant women needing 220 mg and breastfeeding women requiring 270 mg. It would appea...
